How and when will I get my Luther Advantage card?
Your Luther Advantage card will be mailed to you within approximately 6-8 weeks after your purchase. For example, if you purchase a Luther vehicle in December, we will mail your Luther Advantage package to you by the end of January.
What's the first thing I should do when I receive my Luther Advantage card?
  1. Write down the customer service # that's located on the back of your card. (1-866-836-6841)
  2. Write down your unique card number. If your card is ever lost/stolen, you'll need this number to transfer your balance. There is no other way to retrieve this information.
When will my Luther Advantage card expire?
Your card is good for two years from the date of issue. Example-If you purchase your vehicle in January 2009, your card will expire on February 28, 2011.
How do I use my Luther Advantage card for the SuperAmerica fuel and car wash discounts?
Fuel
Simply drive to a SuperAmerica Station Store, hand your Luther Advantage Card to the cashier and tell them how much money to load (cards are not pre-loaded with funds). Once you have money on this card, you may use it like a debit card at the pump. Put your loaded card into the credit card slot and wait to see the prices roll back to reflect your savings. Then lift the handle. Pump your gas. Any remaining balance will be printed on the receipt and stored on your card for next time. The pump will stop when you have used up the money on your card.
Car Wash
Your Luther Advantage Card will be treated as a “show-and-save” card. Please present this to the cashier to receive your discount on the “Works” car wash. The amount of the car wash may be taken off of your card inside the station, or a different form of payment if you prefer.

What can I use my pre-loaded Luther Advantage card for?
Almost everything at SuperAmerica stores, whether it's fuel, car washes or their convenience food inside.

Is my fuel and car wash discount available at all SuperAmerica Stores?
Your discount is available at all SuperAmerica/Speedway America Station Stores except in the state of Wisconsin and West Virginia as state law prohibits this discount. For the store locator, Click Here.
How and when do I renew my Luther Advantage card?
You can renew your Luther Advantage card at www.LutherAdvantageRenewal.com and follow the instructions. Please allow 6-8 weeks before your expiration for printing and delivery.
Where do I go for help with my Luther Advantage card?
Lost or Stolen?
Please call 1-866-836-6841 (SuperAmerica cards). Also, have your 19-digit unique card number ready. If you do not have this, there is no way to transfer/retrieve your balance.

How do I use my Luther Advantage card for the Holiday fuel and car wash discounts?
Simply drive to a Holiday Station Store with your vehicle you have purchased from a Luther Family Dealership, choose the Pay Inside option at Holiday fuel pumps and then present your Luther Advantage card to the associate at the time of payment. The associate will scan your card and automatically deduct the discount earned from your total due. Because of the unique code on the back, your Luther Advantage card cannot be used in conjunction with pay-at-the-pump options.
What if I still have a Holiday Station Store card?
  1. You may use your Holiday Station Store card through its expiration at Holiday Station Stores.
  2. You may go to www.LutherAdvantageRenewal.com to renew and we will send you a new Luther Advantage card to use at SuperAmerica Stations.
How and when will I get my $200 Luther Advantage gift certificate?
Your gift certificate will be given to you at the time we deliver your vehicle.
Where can I use my Luther Advantage gift certificate?
Your gift certificate is good for $200 off the purchase of any new or used vehicle at any Luther Dealership.
When will my Luther Advantage gift certificate expire?
Your gift certificate will expire six months from the date of issue.
Can I give the $200 Luther Advantage gift certificate to someone else?
Of course. Please feel free to give it to anyone you think may be looking for any automobile. We have more than two dozen Luther stores and carry almost every make and model.
Can I use the $200 Luther Advantage gift certificate myself?
Absolutely. It can be applied to your next automobile purchase at any Luther Automotive dealership. Most of our customers are repeat customers and we're pleased to offer you this special discount.
What is the difference between Advantage Plus and Advantage pre-owned vehicles?
Advantage Plus vehicles are vehicles that are seven model years and newer (2003 - 2009) with under 100,000 miles on them. Advantage vehicles are vehicles that do not meet the Advantage Plus criteria.
What does my Advantage Plus warranty cover on my pre-owned vehicle?
Advantage Plus warranty is for 60 days 2,500 miles. The first 30 days/1500 miles (whichever comes first) Advantage Plus warranty covers failed components. The last 30 days/1000 miles Advantage Plus warranty provides limited power train coverage. See your warranty for details.

Does my selling dealer have the option of returning or exchanging the vehicle if a mechanical failure occurs within my Luther Advantage warranty?
Yes, if they are not able to repair the vehicle with used or aftermarket parts, they do have the option of finding you a different vehicle.
What are my options with the five day exchange or return option on my pre-owned car?
Advantage Plus vehicles have the five day exchange or return option. Advantage vehicles have the five day exchange option. If for any reason you are not happy with your pre-owned vehicle and you have driven less than 500 miles, just bring it back. We would love to find you something else. What is on-line scheduling?
Most of our Luther Automotive stores now have online scheduling for your service needs. Schedule your service appointment from home by visiting our Dealerships section. Find your dealership, and schedule your appointment. Yes, it's as easy as that.
When will I get my Luther Collision & Glass gift certificates?
You will receive these certificates from a manager of your Luther dealership as part of your welcome package at the time of purchase.
When can I take advantage of preferred rates on service rentals?
You will receive preferred rates on rental vehicles when your vehicle is in for service or collision work. All we ask is that you make an appointment.
Will I need to show my Luther Advantage card for preferred rates on service rentals?
Yes. Please present your card to the service writer at the time of arrival.
Do I need to make an appointment to receive preferred rates on service rentals?
Yes. This is the only way we can arrange for your rental vehicle. Please notify the service writer of your needs at the time you schedule your appointment.
When can I take advantage of free emergency towing?
Just in case your manufacturer warranty program doesn't include it, we provide free towing of both new and used vehicles for 90 days after the date of purchase. Your vehicle must be towed to the Luther dealership from which it was purchased from within a 25-mile radius of that dealership. For service during regular business hours, you may call the dealership directly. For towing service outside of regular business hours, please call 1-877-LUTHERS.
How does the Luther On-Time Promise and Fixed-Right Guarantee work?

How and when can I receive a free CarFax report for a used vehicle?
In addition to our multi-point inspection, we also run a CarFax history on virtually every pre-owned vehicle we sell. If you’d like a free copy of the report for your vehicle before purchasing it, just ask your Luther associate.
What does the Luther Clean Title Guarantee cover?
We certify the mileage on your pre-owned vehicle and also search the title to ensure its history is clear of salvage or flood damage.
